Diamond Cutting

This service is ideal for End Of Lease / PCP clients who have damage only on the cut face of the alloy wheel, the wheel will be recut on our mobile CNC lathe before the face of the wheel is sealed with a new coat of wet lacquer. Work takes approx. two hours per wheel at the Clients address. JD Wheels is one of the first businesses in the Merseyside area to utilise a state of the art CNC Lathe capable of diamond cutting wheels with the tyres still on, this enables us to offer a mobile service fully contained in the closed environment of our vans.

Powder Coating Standard Colours

Offered at our workshop this is our premium colour change or refurbishment option for standard painted wheels, service has a same day turn around for wheels dropped of at 09:00 Includes a wide range of silvers, anthracites & gloss black. This service is for a full rework of the wheel and will provide the best finish possible, wheel will be stripped back to bare metal before being fully recoated in your chosen colour.

Painted Refurbishment

Our workshop has the latest equipment to ensure that any damage is repaired in an even manner not leaving a mis-shapen wheel where somebody has used an abrasive in one spot. Depending on the size of the damage we will then apply a UV activated lacquer to either the localised area or the full face of the wheel.
